THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A wealth of experience creating lifestyle and studio photography, preferably in the fashion retail sphere
  • The ability to think creatively and conceptually, while always keeping Brand front of mind.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and time management skills gained through working in similar fast paced environments.
  • A knowledge of basic graphic design and layout composition, proficiency in Miro, Adobe and CaptureOne

Responsibilities:

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Mini Art Director, you’ll be tasked with the day-to-day creative concepting and execution for multi-channel content to sit across the Mini Boden platform.
Collaborating with the wider departments you will be part of a team taking concepts from initial ideation through to final execution and post-production to create joined up and best in practice creative content in line with the wider brand strategy.
This role is embedded in the Brand Creative team and reports into the Lead Mini Art Director and Associate Creative Director.
This is a 12 month maternity cover.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on innovative 360 concepts across print and digital in line with campaign requirements
  • Be responsible for creative concepts, shoot briefs, art direction (on set / remote) and execution of assets
  • Develop photographic stories from design story concepts and brand briefs to deliver exceptional cross platform assets
  • Participate in Creative briefings to know and respond to campaign needs
  • Effectively work with the wider departments of project managers, producers, graphic designers, brand and social and art directors
  • Travel 1-2 times per month as required
  • Be an ambassador for excellent photography and engaging creative within the wider team
