Description:
Role: Freelance Art Support
Location: remote (must be authorized to work in the US, no C2C)
Rate: up to $55/hr

Our client is looking for a freelancer to help with art support as needed.
You will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging work across various platforms, including print and digital.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, with a focus on projects that effectively communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, as well as the specific requirements of pharmaceutical marketing.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).

- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, medical directors, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure that the creative work aligns with their brand identity and meets all regulatory requirements.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and design best practices, while also understanding the evolving landscape of healthcare marketing and regulations.
