PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

• Lead and manage direct reports through training and mentorship.
• Manage and support a team of graphic designers and artists to bring concepts and prototypes to life.
• Monitor production schedules of all staff.
• Liaise with HR in all staff related needs including job descriptions, documentation, hiring’s and dismissals.
• Represents the organization at key industry events as required.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, realistic deadlines, and timely execution of creative projects within hotel timelines.
• Lead presentations and external calls for hotel clients, effectively communicating creative vision and understanding of hospitality industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to represent concepts, themes, and messages effectively within hospitality environments.
• Stay abreast of visual design trends and standards within the hospitality industry, integrating them into project execution for hotels.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Art Director for PI Fine Art (PIFA), you’ll lead the artistic direction and visual identity of the business unit, specializing in creating art for hotels. Your role is critical in shaping the aesthetic appeal and ambiance of hospitality spaces through innovative and captivating artwork. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate creative concepts into visually compelling products that elevate the guest experience and align with industry trends in the hospitality sector.
