Description:
Tajalla, a leading creative agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to join our talented team. As an Art Director at Tajalla, you will play a key role in leading and overseeing the creative direction and execution of projects. You will be responsible for developing innovative and impactful visual concepts, managing and mentoring the creative team, and collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life.
You will work closely with the Creative Director and other key stakeholders to ensure that the creative vision is effectively communicated and executed. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically will be essential in driving the success of our projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in an art director role, preferably in a creative agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across various industries.
- Expertise in visual design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the creative team.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and translate projects objectives into impactful creative concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively to find innovative solutions.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the creative direction and execution of projects, ensuring high-quality and impactful visual concepts.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and other key stakeholders to develop and communicate the creative vision.
- Manage and mentor the creative team, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Translate design and branding strategies into innovative and engaging creative concepts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Present and pitch creative concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring their satisfaction with the final deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and account/project managers, to ensure the seamless integration of creative concepts across different channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest standard of quality.
