Position: Articling Student
Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Safi Law Group is a well-established and dynamic law firm in Edmonton, Alberta, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Articling Student to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent law graduate looking to gain comprehensive legal experience and contribute to a thriving legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal research, writing, and document preparation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Attend court proceedings, mediations, and client meetings.
- Support senior lawyers in trial preparation and other legal matters.
- Provide assistance with day-to-day legal tasks across various practice areas.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to become a student-at-law with the Law Society of Alberta.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited law school.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
