Become a Artificial Intelligence Integration Lead with MPAC
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is made up of a team of experts who understand local communities and assess every property in Ontario. What we do provides the very foundation that municipalities use to base the property taxes needed to pay for the services we use every day.

Responsibilities:

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT FOR THIS ROLE?

To lead the identification, development and implementation of AI models and algorithms, and ML solutions to meet business requirements. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, select, and adopt leading AI technology frameworks that best meets project requirements and fits within the existing infrastructure, taking into consideration opportunities for AI/ML to scale and meet future needs. To deliver senior-level technical expertise and guidance to management and stakeholders/customers, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to meet program and service delivery goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Consults with stakeholders on identifying artificial intelligence capabilities and business opportunities and defines AI/ML Models roadmaps and schedules
  • Develops project plans and work task breakdowns, estimating effort and costs of development, enhancement, maintenance, and support activities, and identifying resource requirements for AI/ML tasks and implementation
  • Creates and executes test strategies, including AI/ML model validation, to ensure design meets business and performance requirements, platform interoperability, and IT architectural standards
  • Collaborates with IT management and other IT team members to oversee all phases of incident, problem, and change management processes, with a focus on AI/ML components
