This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the next wave of technological advancement in our industry.Your roleStrategic Leadership: lead the development and execution of the company’s AI strategy, aligning it with business objectives to drive growth and innovation. Direct the exploration of new AI technologies and methodologies.Lead the development and implementation of AI applications and solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess business opportunities for AI integration.Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations on their potential applications.Manage and mentor a team of AI specialists to ensure successful project delivery.Analyse and evaluate the performance of AI systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments. Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and algorithms to ensure they deliver accurate, reliable results.Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and technology in general, attending conferences and networking with industry experts.Develop and demonstrate AI use-cases, conducting workshops and training sessions to foster AI adoption.Document and maintain architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, AI policy and standard operating procedures for AI solutions.Be a partner to our Product team in delivering AI and Data enabled features.Builddata governance by focusing on quality, storage, usage, regulatory & legal considerations and protection & security.Your ProfileMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.5 to 10 years of work experience: a proven track record of 5 to 10 years in the field of artificial intelligence, with demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing AI solutions.Perfect command of English and French, both spoken and written.Very good understanding of emerging technologies such as Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI), Machine Learning (ML)Innovative Approach and Demonstrable Impact within 4-6 months: a track record of delivering tangible results and making a significant impact within a short timeframe, ideally within 4-6 months of joining previous organisations.Consultative Approach: strong consulting skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product managers, engineers, and data specialists.Technology-Centric Mindset: a technology-centric mindset with a deep understanding of AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
