MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the music landscape in Southeast Asia and its influence on both local and global markets.
  • Extensive knowledge of the TikTok ecosystem and current music trends, with a preferred existing network of relationships with artists, labels, and media.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal & written

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • 5+ years’ experience in partnerships and business development.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently, with the capability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated excellence in collaboration and relationship-building with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with top artists and labels to strengthen TikTok’s role in the music ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and drive company growth.
  • Deliver A&R approaches that are both data-driven and creatively inspired.
  • Plan and execute impactful music events and activations.
  • Analyze market trends and artist performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
