We’re looking for an Artwork Coordinator to join our Packaging Competence Center team in Poland.

As an Artwork Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for packaging artwork design for all Signify and Philips branded products and managing end-to-end projects for the global lighting market. Projects may vary from innovative, “new offer” generations, through portfolio extensions, to simple text or legal alterations on large numbers of existing packaging, dictated by law, product changes, etc. where multi-disciplines are involved.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge about artwork creation process, print management, as well as structural design.
  • Affinity with design and eye for both details and bigger picture.
  • Project management skills.
  • Flexible and pragmatic team player with strong interpersonal skills, inspiring commitment, and drive towards excellent results.
  • Experience in working in a multinational environment, virtual teams and dealing with complex stakeholder management.
  • Good communication and persuasion skills, ability to manage stress with tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
  • Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall artwork project management – including planning and project administration.
  • Creating artwork briefings and approval of artwork designs created by our artwork management agency.
  • Ensure providing packaging suppliers with suitable artwork designs.
  • Working together with design and marketing teams on finalization of graphic packaging guidelines.
  • Analysis and maintenance of project portfolio spreadsheets, packaging databases.
  • Safeguard legal and brand compliance by application of necessary guidelines and regulations
