Role type: 40 hours per week, 1 year contract with possible extension
Salary: SEK 312,000 - SEK 360,000 per year
Location: Stockholm hybrid

Joining the support team for Lush Sweden means you will join a small local team where departments are responsible for their own tasks but also collaborate and help each other run the 7 local shops and local website, as well as acting support team for Lush Norway where we currently have 1 shop. You will also work together with the global artwork team, with colleagues from all over the world.
We’re seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and solid organizational skills. This person can react effectively to a busy workflow schedule and provide great-looking, technically accurate artwork within tight deadlines and with an innovative approach.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• Relevant education in communication/content creation/graphic design or equivalent work experience - preferably university studies or higher vocational education.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, mainly InDesign and Illustrator.
• Highly organised and able to manage different types of content and files deliberately and methodically.
• Flexible and able to respond to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to complete tasks with little supervision.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work against set deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, not only for the work but also in liaising with global teams.
• Creative with an eye for composition and design.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Detail-oriented.
• An interest in the cosmetics industry.

• Localisation and creation of artwork assets such as labels, signage and flyers using a range of Adobe Creative Cloud software.
• Ensuring artwork is consistent, accurate and in line with Lush brand guidelines.
• Setting up artwork for print processes.
• Carrying out proof checks prior to print.
• Order handling and contact with external printers.
• Localisation of ingredient lists based on the EU standard with the help of translation tools.
• Managing files in different systems.
• Helping out with copywriter tasks when necessary.
