POSITION SUMMARY:

The ASC Solutions Supervisor, is responsible for onboarding Authorized Service Centers (ASC) and all large dealer group ASC available targets. The onboarding of these large dealer groups will be consisting of the complete process from initial call to the dealer group receiving a Greenworks account number. An additional responsibility will be, assisting customers and internal departments with their warranty and Authorized Service Center (ASC) needs. This position is the first point of contact support of the ASC and is accountable for maintaining and building customer relationships. Management of the ASC network is a large part of the daily responsibilities, working directly with Service Centers contracted by Greenworks to support out products through warranty service. This position is located in Holland Landing ON.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school education or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Previous call center or field service positions.
  • Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry preferred.

  • Operate office equipment including computers, copiers, and printers.
  • Occasionally exposed to weather elements.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboarding new ASCs and maintaining the relationship with all service centers.
  • Assuring an active list of ASCs is maintained to properly support all Business Units.
  • Engaging in Large Dealer Group contacts for onboarding into the ASC Network.
  • Responsible for the onboarding process of all Large Dealer Groups.
  • Onboarding new ASCs and maintaining the relationship with all service centers.
  • Working directly with the Customer Support Group supplying a service solution to all customers.
  • Ensures that customers have a positive experience; meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist in maintaining all aspects of the Dealer Portal as it relates to Commercial Service and Warranty / ASC procedures.
  • Following all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhering to all policies and procedures as specified.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
