Description:

THE SKILLS YOU BRING:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecommunication, IT, Computers, or Networks pref.) or Equivalent
  • High level academic achievement (academic transcript or summary of results to date must be included.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications networks and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling technical engagement with customer network operation
  • Customer Issue handling
  • Handling of dedicated support
  • Software Update Management (SUM) handling
  • System and patch upgrades
  • Support TSA delivery and Handling Customer Service Request (CSR).
  • Customer network Ibase and Life Cycle Management monitoring
