Description:
THE SKILLS YOU BRING:
- Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecommunication, IT, Computers, or Networks pref.) or Equivalent
- High level academic achievement (academic transcript or summary of results to date must be included.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handling technical engagement with customer network operation
- Customer Issue handling
- Handling of dedicated support
- Software Update Management (SUM) handling
- System and patch upgrades
- Support TSA delivery and Handling Customer Service Request (CSR).
- Customer network Ibase and Life Cycle Management monitoring
