Description:
As an Aseptic Production Technician, you will be involved in the manufacture of aseptic pharmaceutical products. You will carry out various production, maintenance and cleaning operations, following strict and elaborate procedures. You carry out all your tasks in compliance with GMP standards.
Responsibilities
- You produce aseptic pharmaceutical products according to instructions, procedures and established rules.
- You check items and raw materials before production and handle them in compliance with aseptic rules (double packaging, introduction into sterile area, cross-contamination).
- You complete production-related documents in accordance with current procedures.
- You carry out manufacturing operations using specific aseptic environment equipment (isolator, autoclave, filling line, freeze-dryer).
- You carry out and check in-process control, line vacuum and double check operations.
- You carry out in-process controls: environmental tests (microbiological and particulate) during production, physical measurements (pressure, temperature, humidity), product candling.
- You check items and the Manufacturing Batch Record at the end of production.
- You pack finished products according to the instructions on the Manufacturing Batch Record or Packaging Batch Record.
- Clean and maintain production areas and equipment according to defined procedures.
- You apply safety rules and instructions (process and products).
Profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical or pharmaceutical field (biochemistry, biotechnology, or equivalent).
- You have 2 to 5 years’ production experience in an aseptic environment in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have a good knowledge of GMP.
- You are able to work in a clean room.
- You are rigorous and precise in your work.
- You have an analytical and critical mind.
- You are structured and organized.
- You have good communication skills.
- You are results-oriented and stress-resistant.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
