Graphic Design Intern
The Mission
This internship is ideal for an independent and driven individual with excellent people skills and a creative mindset. The role will support the Marketing & Communication regional department in creating collaterals for regional and local campaigns. Responsibilities include developing graphics and artwork in line with given briefs for various purposes, such as exhibition artwork, wall decorations, formulation cards, product catalogues for sales, and white papers.
Reporting line & Location
The Graphic Design Intern will report to the Asia Pacific Head of Marketing & Communications. The reporting line may be changed, in accordance with business needs. This role will be based at the Singapore office.

Main Accountabilities

  • Some of the main accountabilities for this dynamic role includes:
  • Content design for campaigns: Design engaging content for online and offline media, including electronic direct mail, social media posts and ads, e-brochures, posters, banners, etc.
  • Design for exhibitions and external events: Design scalable artwork for external events based on given briefs.
  • Sales tools support: Create the essentials sales collaterals (product catalogue).
  • Video content creation: based on storyboard built with the relevant teams, utilize video editing tools and software to produce sleek and professional video content that aligns with the company’s branding and appeals to its target
  • demographic.
  • Brand owner: ensure the delivery on time of content in line with our branding, and be able to review peers’ artwork for tips and advice.

Skills & Competences

  • Pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • An eye for design! And a love for creativity
  • Proficient in English.
  • Team player and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent time management skills in order to follow different assigned targets.
  • Good understanding of a variety of media channels: digital, print, conventional, social, videos;
  • Sense of ownership, initiative and drive (problem solver, self-starter and forward thinker with a bias for prompt action and removing roadblocks, accountable to get things done in a timely manner).
