El soporte transversal al equipo de Supply Chain y al Centro de Distribución implica brindar asistencia integral en la gestión de operaciones logísticas, asegurando la eficiencia en los procesos de abastecimiento, almacenamiento y distribución,
Principales responsabilidades:
- Actualizar y publicar indicadores del área.
- Administrar flujo de logística inversa de embalajes junto a sucursales y origen.
- Soporte administrativo a las demás áreas y líderes del equipo (tareas diversas).
- Ayudar a la analista VPS en la organización rituales VPS del área.
- Back up de otro asistente en demás tareas administrativas.
- Apoyar al equipo de Service Center en responder a sucursales fechas de llegadas de pedidos (Apx 2h / día, en la tarde).
Requisitos
- Idealmente con enseñanza técnica en carreras administrativas industriales o de logística
- Idealmente manejo de Microsoft Office Nivel Usuario
- Idealmente experiencia de 2 años en tareas administrativas.
- Idealmente conocimientos y experiencia en procesos logísticos
