We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The selected person will be responsible for carrying out the training processes for the company’s personnel, as well as covering various responsibilities of the Human Resources department.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute TRAINUAL training programs for staff.
- Assist in the management of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Support the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Collaborate in the organization of internal events and activities.
- Provide support in conflict resolution and internal negotiations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Strong negotiation skills and conflict management abilities.
- Prior extensive experience is not required, but previous experience in similar roles will be highly valued.
- Human Resources experience is a PLUS!
