ASM Experienced Sr. Analyst

We are in search of an Sr. Accountant in BLUE ASH, Ohio. This role is centered around financial reporting and reconciliations, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable. You will play a vital part in our operation, keeping our financial records accurate and up-to-date, while also managing expenses and handling wire transfers.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain efficient expense management processes
• Prepare and present financial reports as required
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and financial data
• Execute wire transfers as per company procedures
• Prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Handle all aspects of the full month end cycle close
• Play a significant role in financial planning and analysis
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to streamline processes and improve efficiency.A
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Familiarity with General Ledger accounting and reconciliation.
• Experience in Account Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliations.
• Understanding of other Reconciliations processes relevant to the finance industry.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Experience in Financial Reporting and the ability to create comprehensive financial reports.
• Proficiency in Wire Transfer operations and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and lead projects when required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications would be a plus
