The Project Manager role will contribute to strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of capital works programs. Undertaking complex projects and program management work, including policy development and implementation, inter-departmental and stakeholder negotiations to achieve improved outcomes within the capital works programs.
Undertaking contract management functions to protect the interests of SA Housing Trust, advancing partnerships with construction providers and property developers and to ensure contract performance and compliance is achieved.
Identifying system improvements and change opportunities through external and internal audit, review activities, recommending government policy and legislation measures, and designing and implementing improvement projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Desirable - Qualification in Project Management or relevant experience in Project Management.
