OVERVIEW
Our client is one of the world’s largest consultancy firms, now seeking to hire a highly skilled (Associate) Director to join its Corporate Finance department, focusing on Deals Advisory and M&A. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that drives significant value for clients through a comprehensive range of M&A activities. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions across the end-to-end M&A value chain, including origination, deal structuring, negotiation, and closure;
- Maintain and expand client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and strategic priorities;
- Develop and implement M&A strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and market opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive advisory services to clients, including due diligence, financial modeling, HR and post-merger integration;
- Oversee a team of highly skilled professionals, fostering a culture of learning and development, and ensuring high performance and engagement;
- Contribute to and lead the department’s growth by participating in business development activities and thought leadership.
