The Role:

- Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

What you will be responsible for:
- Raise new purchase order requests on timely manner and within agreed SLA.
- Collaborate and support the Workplace team with pending purchase orders.
- Every week generate unmatched reports for all sites, distribute to relevant Workplace managers. Work with them to ensure timely resolution of any unmatched purchase orders.
- Receipt all purchase orders for payment. Task to be carried out on a weekly basis to ensure a backlog is avoided.
- Every week generate and distribute an open purchase order report.
- Attend regular meetings with Aspire Service partners to ensure all required purchase orders are raised and nothing outstanding resulting in delays to works or service delivery.
- Update and amend the Landsec switchboard contact list, ensuring that all leavers and new starters are removed, added, or updated.
- Update Landsec switchboard contact list with building acquisitions and disposals information, following direction of the Aspire Assist Supervisor.
- Support new team members by assisting with training relating to the raising of purchase orders.
- Ensure the Direct Recharges are processed and ready for payment by the required monthly deadline.
Your skills, experience and qualifications:
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of Workplace processes and procedures
- PO administration experience
- Competent in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of financial administering systems
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Can demonstrate a strong customer service background from previous roles
