The Role:

  • Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

The Team:
We work together to provide our customers with the best possible experiences within our properties, creating a fun, engaging and productive environment for our teams to feel safe, empowered and supported and to take pride in their work and to realise their own potential.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Raise new purchase order requests on timely manner and within agreed SLA.
  • Collaborate and support the Workplace team with pending purchase orders.
  • Every week generate unmatched reports for all sites, distribute to relevant Workplace managers. Work with them to ensure timely resolution of any unmatched purchase orders.
  • Receipt all purchase orders for payment. Task to be carried out on a weekly basis to ensure a backlog is avoided.
  • Every week generate and distribute an open purchase order report.
  • Attend regular meetings with Aspire Service partners to ensure all required purchase orders are raised and nothing outstanding resulting in delays to works or service delivery.
  • Update and amend the Landsec switchboard contact list, ensuring that all leavers and new starters are removed, added, or updated.
  • Update Landsec switchboard contact list with building acquisitions and disposals information, following direction of the Aspire Assist Supervisor.
  • Support new team members by assisting with training relating to the raising of purchase orders.
  • Ensure the Direct Recharges are processed and ready for payment by the required monthly deadline.

Your skills, experience and qualifications:

Essential criteria

  • Knowledge of Workplace processes and procedures
  • PO administration experience
  • Competent in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of financial administering systems
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Can demonstrate a strong customer service background from previous roles
