The Receptionist role in our Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise club is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of the fast-moving and dynamic world of Health Clubs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Taking bookings promptly and efficiently
  • Dealing with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
  • Collecting all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change
  • Interacting and co-operating fully with all Club Department
