Job Description:

Preferred Experience:

  • Develop proposals with insight & strategic campaign plan for influencer marketing.
  • Data research, brainstorm, ideate on campaigns
  • Develop influencer strategy campaigns to develop and implement big-picture campaign ideas for influencer and creator activations across our Brand Partnership clients
  • Working on post-campaign report analysis and presenting it to the client with next steps and recommendation
  • Partner closely with the Accounts team across dentsu service lines to help identify and concept influencers activations for new clients. And Identify, and understand the needs and asks of Influencers/Creators with a goal of delivering mutually beneficial solutions
  • Work on all content proposals for influencer content ideas that include industry research, goals, themes, audience insights, creative ideas, and KPI metrics to implement the concepts.
  • Help identify new social channels for Influencer content
  • Be an early adopter of social media trends and technology with evolving time
  • Stay on top of trends with knowledge of all major social platforms including Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, + TikTok Shop
  • Capable of working independently, but is also an excellent team player
  • Organized, deadline-oriented work ethic; relentless attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Understanding of how to present to client and story-tell from multiple POVs in a concise manner
  • Knowledge of social media and social commerce landscape and marketing to differing audience segments
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Command over speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential
  • Know how to calculate KPIs and performance analysis: awareness, engagement and commerce campaigns will be a PLUS

About you:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of working in a social media or influencer marketing agency.
  • Experience taking projects from concept to execution
  • Strong copy direction and brand strategy experience
  • Deep understanding of storytelling across varied social formats
  • Very organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously
  • Collaborative, passionate, and skilled mentor and team leader
  • Presenting campaign and pitch presentation with conviction and confidence
  • Writing excellent, target market-related copy for social media x creator and platforms.
