As Assembly, Repair, Maintenance and Overhaul Technician you will work in a thriving workshop environment overseeing the delivery of solutions to our global customer base. You will take responsibility for mechanical maintenance ensuring quality and completion. You will contribute to the success of a large team that plays an integral in our business.

As an Assembly, Repair, Maintenance and Overhaul Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing procedures for assembly, and test verification accuracy
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints of wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, and testing on equipment to ensure safety and reliability
  • Maintaining records and scheduling maintenance of equipment and recording and filing systems and inspecting parts and equipment as per procedures
  • Performing basic mathematical calculations to validate and check specifications
  • Ensuring maintenance activities are carried out accordingly and safely to ensure compliance requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in digital or electronic wire tools in drilling services
  • Be able to read electronic diagrams and circuits
  • Have previous experience in hydraulic circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults for 5-8 years
  • Have 5-8 years of experience in multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers and other basic instruments.
  • Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a keen desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to be flexible with working patterns and shift rotations
