JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be responsible to assemble and troubleshoot molds for PET applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical education as mold maker or equivalent experience (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical knowledge is a must)
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Assembly or dis-assemble all PET molds and Hot Runner generation
  • Discipline to execute precise documentation for each tool
  • Ability to detect and solve mechanical, Pneumatic and Electrical issues
  • Execute tests on all types of Hot Runner
  • Work closely together with project engineering, design engineering and quality engineering to actively move forward on problem solving
  • Work closely with test-room to understand plastic part quality issues and be able to understand impact of each part of the mold on final injected plastic part
