We are seeking an electronic assembler who is looking to grow in their career. Responsibilities include assembly using hand and power tools. Using part drawings to perform assembly. 1st shift opportunity. This is a full time opportunity in Woodbury, NY. Soldering and wire/cable harnessing is a plus. Responsibilities
Read blueprints, and schematics to understand how components should be assembled and wired together.
Assemble electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, and integrated circuits onto circuit boards or other platforms according to specifications.
Precise soldering of components onto circuit boards or other substrates is often a critical part of the job.
Build and install wire harnesses and cable assemblies, which involves cutting wires to specified lengths, stripping insulation, crimping connectors, and routing wires neatly according to diagrams. Basic testing of assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements
