Join our dynamic team at Valmet as an Assembly Technician/Storeperson! We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to our efficient operations by assembling valves, handling packing, shipping, and inventory management. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Assemble valves and pumps by following correct and safe operating practices.
- Responsible for packing and shipping complete orders.
- Plan packages according to Valmet or customer packing instructions and agreed delivery terms.
- Freight booking through the nominated freight portal and inform the customer to book the freight.
- Produce sales invoices and shipment documentation for shipping.
- Receive and process orders according to delivery information provided by the Order Handler/Sales Support Manager.
- General warehouse duties including receiving and shipping goods as per Valmet packing standards.
- Daily processing in the ERP system.
- Inventory management and stocktaking.
- Operating the forklift.
- Ensure all work is conducted in a safe manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to use ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Team Player.
- Forklift license.
