Join our dynamic team at Valmet as an Assembly Technician/Storeperson! We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to our efficient operations by assembling valves, handling packing, shipping, and inventory management. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assemble valves and pumps by following correct and safe operating practices.
  • Responsible for packing and shipping complete orders.
  • Plan packages according to Valmet or customer packing instructions and agreed delivery terms.
  • Freight booking through the nominated freight portal and inform the customer to book the freight.
  • Produce sales invoices and shipment documentation for shipping.
  • Receive and process orders according to delivery information provided by the Order Handler/Sales Support Manager.
  • General warehouse duties including receiving and shipping goods as per Valmet packing standards.
  • Daily processing in the ERP system.
  • Inventory management and stocktaking.
  • Operating the forklift.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in a safe manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to use ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Team Player.
  • Forklift license.
