Responsibilities:
- Contribute to continuous development and uplift of capabilities across Assessing and Supply Chain
- Deliver professional and brilliant service when interacting with internal and external Assessors, Building Coordinators, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders in line with Suncorp’s excellence standards and principles
- Provide relevant technical advice that balances customer needs with business outcomes
- Develop plans and materials to deliver tailored workshops, coaching and training programs that drive consistency, best in class and a brilliant customer experience
- Provide technical and operational business support where required on projects as an Assessing SME, including feedback on proposed technical changes, PDS changes and process change
- Support Onboarding and facilitating induction training, including high support for new recruits
- Regularly review and communicate business practices ensuring national consistency, governance and process standards are met
- Proactive risk management and compliance with industry standards
