We provide world-class business and management education to undergraduates, postgraduates, experienced practitioners, and those with serious academic and research ambitions. We are an international and progressive school, delivering cutting edge business thinking and teaching informed by the contemporary commercial environment.
Launched as one of the first MBA programmes in the UK in the 1960s and with a proud history, the FT MBA is one of the key reputation drivers of AMBS. The key distinctive features of our FT MBA programme include a focus on experiential and consultancy-led learning, a global outlook and a behavioural approach. The Global MBA has been delivered transnationally since 1992 through the network of UoM international centres.

The Assessments & Progression Coordinator will support the Assessments & Progression Officer to coordinate the delivery of assessment activities across the assessment and progression team, within the Teaching & Learning area that sits within the MBA & Global Operations Team.
They will be responsible for administering all aspects of activity in this area. Including, assessments, external examiners, servicing examination boards, and student complaints and appeals.
Applicants should have experience of working in Higher Education administration and preferably in assessments, having an understanding of assessment and progression regulations.
Essential to this role is the ability to supervise and motivate staff and the ability to communicate effectively with staff from across the MBA & Global programmes, international centres, and the School, providing explanation and interpreting information to ensure understanding.
As an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons.
