Description:
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Assessments Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring internal Assessment processes and identifying and reporting trends to leadership. This role also ensures alignment with internal and external policy obligations while taking a business-oriented practical approach to risk-based challenges and offering appropriate solutions.
This role reports to Manager, Assessments and Completions
This position does not have direct reports.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred; combination of education, and experience will be considered
- 2+ years demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationship with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to details and strong analytical skills are essential
- Proficiency in collecting, interpreting, and filtering data is necessary
- Proven experience in leading projects, with a strong familiarity with project management software and processes
- 3+ years of related experience, including experience in policy and processes, reporting, risk management, and operations; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Knowledge of assessment and apprenticeship training policies and procedures is an asset
- Demonstrate ability to plan and think strategically, with a track record in planning, risk management, and process improvement
