• Conduct assessment needs of learners including preparing learners for EPA.
• Be able to train/coach/assess across a range of programmes, including online courses.
• Establish & maintain effective partnerships with employers & learners.
• Provide appropriate information, advice, teaching, learning & assessment.
• Work closely with employers, Managers & curriculum staff where applicable to ensure timely completion
• Establishing and monitoring a safe working environment for any potential learner at an employer site.
• Compliance with ESFA & other authorities with respect to the accurate completion of learner paperwork & any policies and procedure.
• Plan, manage & organise a caseload of learners.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, & emerging technologies to improve assessment accuracy and efficiency
