The Opportunity
To provide specialist expertise within the Strategic and Analytical focus area of the Asset Management business unit and more broadly across Housing Choices Australia as appropriate. The Junior Asset Analyst will provide support to the Manager, Asset Planning & Analytics in establishing and maintaining a broad range of data and analytical responsibilities within a suitable asset management information system (AMIS) to enable data driven evidence-based decision making and business intelligence.

YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, strategy, management, community housing, property development, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of project finance and asset management systems, with skills in data analytics, management, modelling, and forecasting.
  • Some experience in asset management, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Exposure to developing and implementing asset management systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with roles in public/community or private housing sectors is preferred.
  • Basic analytical skills including exposure to scenario modelling and critical analysis.
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting, including basic use of business intelligence tools.

  • Provide a current driver’s license and willingness to travel across Housing Choices’ locations, if and as required.
