THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you passionate about Asset Management and data analysis? Would you like to work with an Executive leadership team? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Asset Analyst who enjoys a challenge to join our dynamic team!
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Cert IV in Commerce/Management/Asset maintenance (or similar) – highly preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills, particularly in data analysis and cleansing.
- Project management and Data warehouse analysis experience – preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and risk evaluation skills – preferred.
- Experience in mechanical equipment management, leasing, or operations – preferred.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Maintain Asset Registry: Enhance and manage the asset registry framework and records.
- Data-Driven Insights: Improve the asset register to provide high-value management reporting data.
- Support function for Coles FM & Engineering: Provide ongoing coordination support to Coles FM Operations Executive leadership.
- Data Extraction and Support: Interrogate asset systems and extract data to support business decisions.
- Collaborative Data Entry: Work with the asset team to collect and accurately enter data into the system.
- Monthly KPI Reports: Deliver comprehensive monthly reports on key performance indicators.
- Project Management: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide effective service and preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and recommendations through data analysis.
- Source, convert, and update data on new assets, updated assets, and asset disposals from various sources and formats.
- Continuously clean data in the asset register to ensure it is fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with management to review IT software/hardware resources for accurate data reporting.
