Responsibilities:
- Acts as primary resource for enterprise business analysis including the planning and scoping of several interrelated initiatives
- Completes special projects and assignments within the given time frame and attends meetings as required
- Conducts research and composes responses
- Responds to inquiries from the Assistant Director and Health Services Division Leaders
- Gathers and analyzes statistical data from schedules/required and ad hoc reports generated by the vendor concerning compliance, performance measures, and other topics
- Develops and produces confidential reports, graphs and spreadsheets
- Ensures information is accurate and provided in a timely manner
- Plans and analyses activities related to extraction, manipulation and analysis of data in order to produce meaningful reports of program performance
- Receives individual and aggregates reports from Contract Compliance and Quality/Clinical Management related to their respective areas of monitoring
- Directs report design, development, and production from division data
- Ensures methodologies are documented for all steps in the data collection process in order to support peer review of practices
- Designs and leads the implantation of the organization’s key business processes and applications
- Gathers and documents high-level business requirements for the enterprise
- Translates requirements into business, functional and use case documents for enterprise-wide projects
- Provides recommendations and participates in problem solving and decision making related to data management
- Complies and processes background packets for potential new hires for contracted health care provider
- Other duties as assigned
