Responsibilities:

  • Acts as primary resource for enterprise business analysis including the planning and scoping of several interrelated initiatives
  • Completes special projects and assignments within the given time frame and attends meetings as required
  • Conducts research and composes responses
  • Responds to inquiries from the Assistant Director and Health Services Division Leaders
  • Gathers and analyzes statistical data from schedules/required and ad hoc reports generated by the vendor concerning compliance, performance measures, and other topics
  • Develops and produces confidential reports, graphs and spreadsheets
  • Ensures information is accurate and provided in a timely manner
  • Plans and analyses activities related to extraction, manipulation and analysis of data in order to produce meaningful reports of program performance
  • Receives individual and aggregates reports from Contract Compliance and Quality/Clinical Management related to their respective areas of monitoring
  • Directs report design, development, and production from division data
  • Ensures methodologies are documented for all steps in the data collection process in order to support peer review of practices
  • Designs and leads the implantation of the organization’s key business processes and applications
  • Gathers and documents high-level business requirements for the enterprise
  • Translates requirements into business, functional and use case documents for enterprise-wide projects
  • Provides recommendations and participates in problem solving and decision making related to data management
  • Complies and processes background packets for potential new hires for contracted health care provider
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Drives on State business
  • Performs other duties appropriate to the assignmen
