We’re on the lookout for an experienced Asset Finance Sales professional to join our brilliant Client Acquisition team in Brisbane

How you’ll make an impact:
In this role, you will use your drive and passion for winning, sales, delivering solutions and building relationships. Take overall ownership to generate and convert new business opportunities, deliver Asset Finance solutions, build new and enhance existing networks as well as develop and execute a successful Sales and Marketing strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Build new relationships with key external stakeholders, such as Introducers, Brokers etc.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs and identify asset finance solutions that will give them the best chance of success
  • Prospect and generate business across a range of industries, including transport, mining, construction and agriculture
  • Design and deliver an effective Sales and Marketing strategy for ScotPac Asset Finance solutions
  • Enhance and maintain existing relationships within your network
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed targets
  • Acquire new business and cross sell to existing clients

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrable success in Sales and acquiring new business
  • Strong financial acumen with a sound understanding of asset finance, including market, products and solutions
  • A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Collaboration skills with ability to build good working relationships across customer base and the organisation
  • Results driven mindset, with ability to take on personal challenge of driving and delivering business results and outcomes
