Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Inspection Administrator to join our Asset Inspection Maintenance team in a full-time and permanent capacity.
The role can be based in our CBD Market Street Head Office or any of the large regional depots.
This position is responsible for the provision of administration services within the Asset Inspection group to enable the smooth operation of daily activities.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE:

  • Previous knowledge of computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office
  • Good attention to detail, data capture and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Working knowledge of SAP, CLICK FSE and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting (advantageous)
