Description:
We’re stoked to offer an awesome opportunity for a seasoned Asset Inspections Supervisor to join our energetic transmission team. In this role, you will provide technical support and oversee the successful delivery of various asset inspection works, such as Condition Assessment, RPAS/drone conductor assessment and other asset evaluations.
From start to finish, you’ll be involved in planning, supervising, organising and executing asset inspections to achieve success for our customers and Northpower. Reporting to the Asset Inspections Program Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving top-notch results for both our customers and Northpower.
Being the Asset Inspections Supervisor, you will also be responsible for:
- Planning work and resources thoroughly, considering risks, safety and environmental factors
- Day to day leadership and development of asset inspection field staff
- Ensure training and competencies are met
- Monitoring data and deliverables, ensuring data accuracy and client satisfaction
- Getting out and doing the mahi too. This role is a mixture of office and field work.
