We are currently seeking an Asset Integrity Supervisor (Sandblasting and trades Leader) to join our Engineering & Maintenance team at our Tropicana Gold Mine. Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent; we offer this as a permanent position on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth and/or Kalgoorlie.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Maintaining a safe workplace, leading by example; whilst promoting a positive safety culture within the tea you oversee and supervise
• Ensuring adherence to site policies and procedures on a daily basis
• Identifying and eliminating hazards with a view of achieving an injury free workplace
• Maximise the plant performance by working to set parameters and ensuring department KPI’s are always met or exceeded.
• Support the Engineering Superintendent by completing all work to specifications set out to yourself and team.
• Strong communication articulation, where understanding and support are given to all other departments based on transparent information sharing.
• Diligence around budget, schedule and safety
• Managing of time confirmation from your crew and crew work schedules
