POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is seeking a Middle Office Operations professional for its Global Investment Operations Team based in the Dublin office. This is a new role and responsibilities will include day to day maintaining activity in SPV’s, Open Ended/Closed Ended Funds as well as capital activity and liquidity support. This individual will work and collaborate with the global operations team, as well as employees in other functions and businesses at the firm. This role is a unique opportunity to become part of an evolving and strategic function dedicated to ‘best-in-class’ operations management practices to support our global business growth. Seeking experienced fund accountant or other Geneva professional to train a team as well as implement procedures to improve operational efficiency in a prestigious buy side firm.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two+ years of experience at fund administration, Private Equity, Hedge Fund or equivalent buy side institution
- Advent Geneva experience with bank debt experience preferred.
- Knowledge of SPV, Open Ended Fund, Closed-Ended Funds or leveraged loan industry.
- Accounting experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.
- Clear intellectual curiosity and commercial acumen with the drive and potential to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- Grasps key concepts quickly and displays potential to develop greater specialist knowledge.
- Self-starter – someone who enjoys “rolling up his/her sleeves and getting things done”; has high energy; a strong work ethic; displays the ability to work independently; be creative; and entrepreneurial.
