Are you a rigorous, organized leader with a strong strategic mind? Harnois Énergies is looking for an Asset Maintenance and Compliance Director to oversee the management, maintenance, and compliance of our real estate network, retail network equipment and our Cardlock network, as well as regional offices.

Your mission: to optimize resources, lead stimulating projects and ensure equipment compliance and respect for environmental standards associated with the company’s activities.

WILL YOU BE OUR NEXT ASSET MAINTENANCE AND COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, property management, environment or business administration, with a specialization in project management;
  • You have at least 7 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You have a proven sense of leadership and are able to manage teams with rigor;
  • You’re an expert in results-oriented project management and know how to optimize priorities and budgets;
  • You have a solid knowledge of compliance standards and environmental requirements;
  • You have good communication and human resources management skills;
  • You are bilingual (French is required to communicate with our French-speaking teams).
