Are you ready to lead and inspire in the realm of Maintenance and Asset Services? As an Asset Management Consultant at Vanderlande, you’ll be the visionary driving the evolution of our service developments globally. If you have a passion for excellence and innovation, join us in steering our organization towards unmatched service delivery and operational brilliance. This role is pivotal for the developments and deployments in the Life Cycle Services Delivery domain, one of Vanderlande’s 10 business domains ensuring continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Champion Quality and Effectiveness: Oversee and enhance Maintenance & Asset Management processes, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Lead Multidisciplinary Teams: Develop, deploy, and embed cutting-edge services and processes in Maintenance, Reliability, and Asset Management, aligned with global standards and market trends.
  • Innovate with Data and Tools: Define data and tooling requirements to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Embed Best Practices: Integrate service competencies seamlessly within the organization, leveraging best practices and lessons learned.
  • Drive Organizational Readiness: Ensure readiness based on long-term plans, driving operational excellence across our global network.
  • Strengthen Networks: Build and nurture an international network of reliability & maintenance engineers and managers to execute service strategies locally.
  • Support and Connect: Provide competence support to local organizations and connect with business leaders to clarify requirements and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with domain experts, service tooling architects, service design leads, ICT, Digital Service development (PdM), and commercial product managers to enhance service offerings.

Profile

We are looking for a collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills who can act as a trusted advisor to senior management. You should be able to operate at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, presenting solutions and motivating teams to achieve business goals. Your ability to build trust, take ownership, and drive impact is crucial.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with a strong interest in industrial automation, digitalization, and B2B customer services.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in Maintenance & Asset Management (ISO 55000) with experience in maintenance management, continuous improvement, and/or consultancy.
  • Project Management: Strong project and change management skills in an international environment.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage expert teams and senior stakeholders, building strong global relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Personality: Customer-centric, commercially minded, with a strong, can-do mentality.

What We Offer

A salary varying between € 6.000 to € 7.000 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).

  • 40 vacation days (20 statutory days plus a flexible budget worth 20 days that can also be used to complement your salary).
