As an Institutional Sales– Associate in Asset Management you would join our Global Insurance Solutions sales team. As an industry expert team we are covering the largest global insurance companies across all our asset classes and our analytical & advisory offerings. We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales oriented personality keen to develop and learn.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- You have experience in a sales position in the Asset Management sector, investment consultancy, investment banking or similar roles covering the German institutional market
- You are client and sales oriented, very high quality standards
- You have excellent communication skills (written/oral)
- You demonstrate strong organization and interpersonal skills
- You have ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- You demonstrate Good know-how in MS-Office tools
- You have to speak German
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- You demonstrate banking, finance and/or investment knowledge or interest
- You have entrepreneurial spirit and passion for client development
- You are self-starter, hardworking and eager to learn

Responsibilities:
- Cover an own book of clients, grow the business and retain existing clients.
- Help identify new business opportunities and upcoming product searches. Contribute to the overall sales strategy in the region.
- Partner with senior sales team to support the sales and business development process
- Perform in-depth analysis of the competitor and product landscape
- Keep close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world
- Understand the regulatory and compliance framework, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
