The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.
The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

What We Look For
We are looking for experienced professionals currently on an extended career break of two or more years who have a desire to return to full-time employment. Target candidates are at the Associate & VP levels (or equivalent) at time of departure from the workforce with relevant experience for the role in which they are being considered. The ability to assimilate, influence, and partner with colleagues in the program and in assignments is critical.
We have opportunities within our International Private Bank for Client Service Specialists and Banking Support Professionals in our Milan office. You will be actively involved in supporting a team of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine. You will have the opportunity to work in a team environment and use your communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
You will preferably have a background in the Financial services and/or Banking industry with strong relationship management, communication and time management skills. These opportunities are suited to individuals with excellent interpersonal skills. To be considered for these opportunities, fluency in Italian and English is essential.
