Join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the charge in implementing and enhancing regulatory reporting processes, ensuring compliance and driving innovation.
As an Asset Management Operations Regulatory Reporting Vice President within the Asset Management Regulatory Reporting team you will be responsible for leading the implementation of BAU reporting processes, staying updated with the ever-changing regulatory reporting agenda, and driving process improvement, governance, and control. You will collaborate with various stakeholders such as other Operations & Client Service teams, Technology, Brokers, Vendors, Industry Associations and Compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- Significant relevant work experience with extensive regulatory exposure
- Proven ability to manage large projects and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to own and manage concurrent assignments effectively and efficiently
- Proven ability to problem solve and drive efficiency
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Team player and adaptable to a changing environment
- Ability to influence people, lead discussions, and troubleshoot issues
- Strong controls mindset with experience in developing and implementing control frameworks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- A proficient understanding of Regulatory Transaction Reporting & US Regulatory reporting
- Previous Asset Management background
- Knowledge of regulatory vendors’ systems

Responsibilities:
- Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead for regulatory reporting to deliver on all ongoing reporting requirements
- Understands and interprets upcoming regulations impacting the team and develops solution operating models to support them
- Leads change management initiatives for new or amended regulations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
- Establishes and maintains a robust governance framework for regulatory reporting operations
- Conducts regular reviews/audits of reporting processes to identify and mitigate risks and ensures effective controls are in place to prevent errors and ensure data integrity
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to enhance the control environment and ensures compliance with regulatory standards
- Manages relationships with internal stakeholders and with external industry bodies, clients, vendors, and regulators as appropriate
- Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy in regulatory reporting
- Mentors and guides team members, providing support to ensure high performance
- Develops and enhances control frameworks to ensure robust oversight of regulatory reporting processes
- Builds out and maintains comprehensive documentation of controls and processes to support audit and regulatory reviews
