In addition, this role is crucial for the company when it comes to reducing asset losses and maximising the company’s operational potential. As asset manager, you will work on setting up, supporting and further developing our depot network. As the first point of contact on site for our retail customers’ warehouses, you will work with them on efficient and sustainable processes. As part of the asset management team, you are also responsible for pallet quality. You create assets for the future with us. You establish and maintain successful relationships with (future) customers and build a network to share market knowledge. You will visit our customers, consult with internal colleagues such as inside sales, carry out quality control and stock counts. Furthermore, you handle customer feedback and any complaints.
Who you are

You are aware of commercial and operational processes to ensure we meet requirements and KPI’s. You are proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a dynamic and competitive environment. By nature, you are critical and question the status quo. With your strong communication skills, you are able to share your findings with stakeholders and turn this into improvement proposals and solutions.
What we offer
Impact works both ways. Just as you give your best, so do we. And these are not just words. We offer a salary between €3,000 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience. We believe hybrid working from our modern office at Strijp-S or from home supports a healthy work-life balance. An open working environment and opportunities for leisure activities such as table tennis and table football create a social atmosphere. And we offer flexible mobility options for commuting, 200 annual leave hours for full-time employment and a pension with Be Frank.
Your day starts with a cup of coffee from home or our new office at Strijp T. Then you get into your car on the way to your first appointment. You will visit a large Retail distribution centre. Often the visit starts with a tour of the distribution centre, then you evaluate how the cooperation with IPP is perceived and go through the loss of IPP pallets. After the discussion, you get in the car to your next appointment. In addition, you walk into some other end locations that are in the same region. Again, you discuss the loss of the IPP pallets and ask how the cooperation is going. After these visits, you get in the car to go home.
