Context
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing key assets across Ireland, with a focus on the keg population. It includes ensuring operational efficiency, asset longevity through repair and loss prevention, and contributing to global asset tracking initiatives. The Asset Manager supports sustainability goals and drives project success.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Asset Management & Operational Efficiency:
  • Full ownership of keg balance and repair processes in Ireland.
  • Implement strategies to prevent keg losses.
  • Lead the repair team ensuring operational excellence.
  • Project Management & Innovation:
  • Collaborate on global projects such as tanker fleet asset tracking.
  • Innovate in pallet and crate tracking technologies.
  • Drive initiatives for bottle/crate assets management in Africa.
  • Quality & Sustainability:
  • Engage in quality projects to reduce RB on-trade levels.
  • Lead sustainability-focused asset recovery efforts.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage relationships balancing local needs with global demands.
  • Collaborate with project teams and external partners.
  • Ensure clear communication in partner meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant Qualification in Supply Chain Management or related field; Project management certification preferred.
  • Competent experience in asset management/supply chain/operational leadership.
  • Proven ability managing cross-functional teams/projects.
  • Strong understanding of asset recovery/tracking technologies.
  • Desirable Experience: Experience with quality improvement/sustainability initiatives highly desirable.
  • External Curiosity: Ability to seek deep external insights, anticipate trends, and adapt quickly.
  • Efficient Collaboration: Skill in challenging openly, making decisions with essential input only, sharing and embracing effective practices.
  • Experimentation and Learning: Capacity to aim high, trial innovative solutions, learn quickly from successes and failures.
  • Decisive Action: Competence in choosing progress over perfection, prioritizing what matters most, committing to decisions and delivering results.
