Asset Manager

• Responsible for the collation and analysis of financials and initiatives of hotels/property
• Involved in portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting and asset management plans
• Handle marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of the company’s assets
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end asset reports and maintaining of financial variance analysis reports
• Work with external valuers for our assets annual valuation exercise
• Work closely with external consultants and internal teams across various functions to conduct due diligence to evaluate potential investments.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment.
• Location: Town area
• Salary: Up to $10,000
