Risk Strategies is seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to join our team. The IT Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of IT assets, from acquisition through disposal, within the growing organization, ensuring proper utilization, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.

Your impact:

• Develop and implement strategies for the procurement, deployment, utilization, and retirement of IT assets.
• Maintain accurate records of all IT assets within ServiceNow.
• Monitor asset utilization and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely updates, upgrades, and replacements of assets to meet evolving business needs.
• Generate recurring reports and metrics on asset utilization, lifecycle status, and compliance for management review.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve asset management processes and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in asset management practices.
• Manage the eWaste process to ensure timely and secure IT asset disposition.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure asset inventory accuracy.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT asset management.

Successful Candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of IT Asset Management experience.
• ServiceNow experience required with solid knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management modules.
• Strong hardware and peripheral support experience including understanding of hardware configurations and capabilities.
• Experience with MS Intune and Azure.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $60,000.00 - $74,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
