Description:

The NCE Offshore Service Project Support is one of 4 teams in the Special Projects Department, where we support the other teams. The Project Support department is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience when completing projects for our customers, supporting service sites in conducting special campaigns and internal project support within the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
We anticipate that applicants will bring at least three to five years of experience from a comparable role, with experience in the offshore wind or maritime industry. Moreover, we hope that you can recognize yourself in the following:
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering or similar
- Experience with offshore environment and health and safety legislation and safety culture in previous role would be a valuable asset
- Experience from shipping or port agency operations is beneficial

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing different offshore logistic assets (covering e.g. CTV, SOV, and Jack Up, aviation, ports) within Special Projects from signature to contract completion. This role involves overseeing operational, financial and contractual aspects of vessel management to ensure optimal performance and compliance with Vestas policy and standards. Additionally, you can expect:
- Asset management of all assigned vessels: monitor contractual performance, vessel usage including management of risks and opportunities, cost optimization, and reporting
- Oversee the implementation of company’s quality, safety and environmental policy on board the vessels
- Own and maintain updated the marine strategy for Special Projects based on prospects
- Supporting the project teams with monitoring DPRs, claims, invoicing, and payments
- Support Special Projects on scoping and planning of future works/campaigns
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. clients, marine dept., project teams, asset owners, etc.)
- In close collaboration with the marine department, setup KPIs and monitor: vessel performance, safety performance, supplier quality, HSE performance, and any emerging topics raised by customer or stakeholders
