Description:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

Responsibilities:
- Develop long range planning and strategy to optimize entire lifecycle of asset. Maintain financial models.
- Build sustained value by finding opportunities and making recommendations to gather them.
- Act as a lead and/or support integrating, coordinating, and framing value trade-off decisions while coordinating with other teams in Power
- Act as Contract Owner for all revenue agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements, and support major service contracts ($1M+)
- Supports the Director as needed with managing relationships with Joint Venture Partners
- Provides support to Plant Managers and Operational Directors, technical support groups
- Partners with other Power groups to support overall business relations (Operations Services, Technical Commercial Services, Engineering, Business Development, Origination Public Affairs, Compliance
