Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Sales growth of Machinery Health Management (MHM) business portfolio throughout the region by serving as the sales account manager.
  • Technology subject matter expert and consultant for customers and Emerson peers, including application, implementation, and maintenance advice.
  • Communicate and participate in the development and implementation of MHM customer-focused sales strategies, including the management of price and margins of MHM products and services.
  • Maintain strong customer communication and relationships. Ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept current with all aspects of the account, market, and development programs as well as project pursuit initiatives and results.
  • Assist in planning and execution of country marketing programs including - advertising, seminars, road shows, training programs, industry-specific seminars, new product launches, etc.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Trade Certificate (electrical/mechanical) or tertiary qualification
  • Technical experience in the purpose of Condition based Maintenance (CbM) programs applied to process automation instrumentation and rotating assets.
  • Experience in industry Reliability practices, sales and marketing, sales budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with Emerson’s Machinery Health Management products
